Students and Parents:

Thank you for your interest in the Palm STEAM Academy! In order to complete the application process, be sure to submit the Student Application and Intra-District Transfer form, and have your teacher submit the Teacher Recommendation. For more detailed instructions, and/or if you have any trouble applying, please see the FAQ page.

Some time after Palm has received your Student Application, Intra-District Transfer form, and your Teacher Recommendation, you will be notified if you have been accepted into the Palm STEAM Academy.

Step 1) Student Application (online): Click link just below (students are limited to 1 response each):

Step 2) STEAM Transfer Form: Download, print out, and complete the (paper) STEAM Intra-district Transfer Request Form (download link below) & turn into Palm Middle School Counseling Office by the deadline listed above. ALL STEAM applicants must submit a Transfer Form. Even if Palm is your home middle school, you'll still submit the Transfer Form, and you'll attend Palm whether or not you're in STEAM.

Step 3) Teacher Recommendation: Students/Parents please contact the student's current teacher and have the teacher complete the Teacher Recommendation (on Teacher Rec page) on student's behalf. If the Teacher Recommendation is not completed for a student, that student will not be considered for acceptance into the program.
